Earlier this month in Toledo, a man picked up a homeless woman who had no where to stay and brought her to his home. He then handcuffed her wrists and ankles, gagged and undressed her, and put her in an adult diaper. He then, get this, read her bible passages.
She escaped while the kidnapper was sleeping and was found wearing a t-shirt, and of course, the diaper.
I have just one thing to say about this.

"It's unusual to hold somebody for that long and not commit a sexual assault, and to restrict them like that, and read Bible verses to them," Captain Carroll said."
Unusual? Really?

Not really sure what the big deal is here? It sounds like he was just being a good citizen.
1. Homeless people often revert back to their old habits, hence the handcuffs. He knew she'd try to go back to the streets. Tough love.
2. Diaper: assuage embarrassment from defecating on the floor. Also, it keeps the rugs clean.
3. And who doesn't want to hear a good ben time story now and then!?
I heard this on the radio, and I was glad they repeated it because I thought I had heard wrong. I'm a preacher's daughter (but not religious), and I don't remember anything in the Bible about kidnapping people being OK. I wonder which part he read to her!
